People will often plant little seeds of doubt in you.

Of course, it’s well intended, and they probably say it because they love you. But it’s at these times – or more precisely times shortly after where you are facing adversity, that you need to be super clear WHY you’re doing what you’re doing. Otherwise, their voice creeps in and gives you an ok to quit.

Your WHYs will give you the strength to get back on the horse and ride to the finish.
